Roving Insight Founding Chairwoman Turns 50

This November 14th 2009, founding Chairwoman and creator of Roving Insight Executive and Diplomatic Club will turn 50. The former athelete and gymnast, also a journalist is sole creator of Roving Insight Media since 1996. Roving Insight Executive and Diplomatic Club was the brain child of Loreen Neville who created a platform for cultural and businesses exchange networking consisting of Expatriates in Indonesia, Indonesians, Media Officials and Diplomats in December 1996. During the Soeharto Regime, in 1998 Neville was able to obtain an official media and press licence for Roving Insight Media from the Ministry of Information. A media licence during those days were hard to obtained.
Loreen Neville's work in Indonesia has not come unnoticed. Some of her writings were adapted into parliament and on her private wall; scores of letters from the ministry, ambassadors and foundations appreciating her relentless work can be seen. She is also called Mommy at Roving where members treat her as the mother. Loreen is hard working and kind by nature but she can also become very strict and has little tolerance for people who are lazy or have no principles. Loreen Neville is always creating jobs or helping people out.
I asked Loreen Neville, " How does it feels to be 50" She replied, " It feels just like 49 but my concern is not at 50 but what will happen to the club when I am 64"
Loreen Neville has her eyes open for an apprentice. The last apprentice she had, stole some of her money and the case was reported to the police. It's a pity because Loreen really promoted that person, presented a motorbike, and shares of her other company to this person amongst other benefits. Yet this founding chairwoman still looks at this case as a blessing, "Its better I find out now than when I am dead to know that I was ripped off by a person, who I thought I could trust" said Loreen in 2008.
